I met up with Ashley & Carlos in downtown Bentonville last fall for

their engagement session. These are my favorites from their session.

Sarah & Danny ~ Engaged

Early in the fall I met up with Sarah and Danny at Tanyard Creek. We had

the date scheduled weeks out and it turned out to be below freezing that

morning. What I didn't think about was that there would be frost... and it

was the most beautiful frost that morning! Could not have asked for a

more lovely landscape with even lovelier light that Morning!

Sarah, who is uber creative, had a lot of ideas for their session. This in

turn makes my job so much fun! And that frost.... Gorgeous!

Megan & Luke ~ Engaged

It was a little windy and a little chilly in the shady spots, but that

didn't affect Megan and Luke last Saturday during their engagement

session. Megan and Luke are so full of life and love, it's practically

oozing. They were up for anything and full of ideas.

After roaming around the UofA campus they took us to the spot

where Luke asked Megan to be his girlfriend and later to be his wife!

I know - love it.

Adam and I left the session going on and on about how cute Megan

and Luke were and how much fun their wedding is going to be!

Can't wait guys!

I'm totally in love with this shot Adam got while I was woking on a ring

shot!

Ok, so I don't think I've posted one of these before... Adam has this thing

where he takes pictures of animals during our engagement sessions and

weddings. Sometimes I know he's doing it but I almost never know what

he is taking a picture of. It's like a little surprise while I'm editing.

Here it is! That special place. <3

Bachelorette Sash ~ DIY

So, my best friend is getting Married! I'm extremely excited for her, but

due to my new station in life (breastfeeding momma) I'm wasn't able to

attend the festivities in Vegas last weekend!

When Aimee (the festivity coordinator) asked me if there was any way I

wanted to contribute to the weekend even tho I could not attend I asked

if it would be okay if I could make the sash. She said "Sure".

So, here you have it. I contacted my friend Regan at Sewing~a~Seed to

do the embroidery for me, she did a fab job and got it back to me

super fast which was great because I'm a horrible procrastinator.

I picked up this feather hair piece, pin thing in Hoppy Lobby's wedding

section and added some beads to it and pinned it to the shoulder of the

sash. I sewed the beads onto the feathers, but I'm pretty sure a glue gun

would have done a better and faster job. I was a bit of a pain. I'm not sure

what the trick is to doing this part.

I had Regan add the wedding date to the back of the sash. One of my better

ideas.....

Cami & Justin Married

Cami & Justin were married at the Mildred B. Cooper Chapel in Bella

Vista this past summer. It was such an honor spending the day with Cami,

Justin, and their families. Being able to whiteness their love for each other

and the love that their families have for the two of them. The neatest part

was not just watching Camil and Justin become one, but the way these two

families became one as well, it was almost as if they all just could not wait!
